COVID-19 PROTOCOLS
We care deeply about the wellbeing and safety of our audiences, artists, and staff, and have been closely monitoring the evolving CDC guidance on COVID and its impact on our local community. For the safety and comfort of all who attend our shows, we are implementing the following protocols through December 31:
All patrons must present either proof of vaccination or negative COVID test in order to enter the theatre.
- Proof of vaccination can be easily provided by:
- Showing your physical vaccination card or a photo of your card
- Using Bindle, an easy-to-use, free app that keeps your information private, secure, and makes entry hassle-free. Instructions for how to set up this app on your phone can be found here: joinbindle.com/calderwoodpavilion/
- If you are unable to be vaccinated or to verify your vaccination for any reason, proof of a negative COVID test (PCR test within 72 hours or antigen test within 24 hours) is required and can be provided by:
- Showing a photo or email of negative test results or of a doctor’s order of test results
- Using the app Bindle (it is easy to upload results from a lab or from an at-home test)
- CDC-approved masks must be worn at all times in all areas of the theatre, regardless of vaccination status.
- If on the day of the performance you are experiencing any COVID symptoms, please stay home and contact ticketing services for more information about exchanges or digital viewing options.
- All tickets come with digital insurance, and any ticketholders who would rather not see a performance in person for any reason, can easily exchange their in-person tickets for a specially recorded version of the play.
- We will continue to evaluate and update these policies as the situation evolves. For the most up-to-date information on our health and safety policies and season shows, please visit this page. If you have any questions, please email covidsafety@huntingtontheatre.org.
Thank you in advance for your help in keeping everyone safe at the theatre. We look forward to seeing you again soon!
