Frequently Asked Questions

Advanced Wait List

On occasion, ticket availability for select performances is limited due to high demand, but seats are still released every day for sale. When this happens, patrons may contact Huntington Ticketing Services to join our Advanced Wait List and be upgraded to a seat automatically when it becomes available.

How It Works:

  • Contact Huntington Ticketing Services at 617 266 0800 and reserve a spot on the Advanced Wait List with a $25 deposit per ticket (plus the standard per-ticket handling fee).
  • If a seat becomes available before your selected performance, you will automatically be upgraded and your credit card will be charged the difference in price. We will call you to tell you that you have been upgraded.
  • If you are not upgraded to a seat before your selected performance but you have placed your name on the Advanced Wait List, please arrive at the theatre no later than 45 minutes before curtain and check in at ticketing services.
  • Your $25 deposit is non-refundable unless you arrive at the theatre on the night of your chosen performance and we are unable to seat you.
